We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Product Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting LaMotteās chemical reagent products and services, providing technical support for those products, and assisting customers in understanding the applications and uses of our products.
Requirements
- Education: Preferred bachelorās degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as a product specialist, technical support, or similar role within the chemical industry.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of chemical reagents, their properties, and applications in various industries (e.g., pharmaceuticals, research, manufacturing).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills; ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and customers.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
