Weekend Production Technician - 3rd Shift

LaMotte Company is seeking a Weekend Production Technician to work on 3rd shift, Friday and Saturday nights, at the Chestertown, MD facility. The successful candidate will operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, prepare reagents, and assist in daily equipment setup. The role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and good judgment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Good judgment, decision-making, and troubleshooting skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team and work overtime as needed
• Must be able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to wear chemical cartridge respirator or equivalent
• Must be able to transport up to 40lbs - 50 lbs
