We are looking for a Telesales Recovery to re-engage and win back customers who have churned, become inactive, or failed to renew their contracts. The role involves identifying the root causes of churn, rebuilding trust with former customers, and offering tailored solutions to reactivate accounts.

Requirements

• Minimal pendidikan SMA/SMK
• Fresh Graduate D3/S1 dengan pengalaman organisasi dipersilakan melamar
• Memiliki minimal pengalaman 1 tahun sebagai Telesales / Recovery/Renewal / Account Management
• Mampu berkomitmen terhadap pekerjaan yang diberikan serta tertarik untuk bekerja dilingkungan Start-up dan ritme kerja yang cepat
• Excellent pitching and sales skills
• Good analytical thinking

• Can-do attitude
• Excellent communicator
