Service Management Specialist II

Serves as a patient advocate, communicates with organizations offering services to patients in need, and guides patients through enrollment periods. Conducts research, manages patient records, and organizes documentation. Collaborates with other team members to update patient status and monitor patients approaching Medicare eligibility.

Requirements

• BS/BA in life sciences/communications (preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of prior case management experience (within last 2 years)
• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
