Job Description
We’re looking for a Frontend-focused Full-Stack Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of the Partner Portal and LANCH OS products, define frontend architecture, shape the backend, and ship features weekly.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience shipping customer-facing web apps with React + TypeScript
- Deep understanding of modern frontend architecture
- Comfortable moving down the stack to sketch REST/JSON or GraphQL contracts and read Python/FastAPI code
- Cloud-native mindset with containerised development and automated CI/CD
- Quality champion who automates testing and sets up monitoring/alerting
- Product intuition with experience talking to restaurant managers or ops teams
- Bias for action and ownership with ability to iterate quickly and measure impact
- Collaborative communicator fluent in English and conversational German
- Growth mindset with willingness to learn new frameworks, cuisines, and brands
- Eager to work mostly on-site in our Berlin Prenzlauer Berg office
