Requirements
- Background: Study/Training with a business focus (BWL/VWL/Management/Entrepreneurship, etc.) with preferably first work experience (internships, fixed start)
- KPI & Business Thinking: You understand operational KPIs (sales, conversion, availability, cancellations, ratings) and lead structured measures from them (hypotheses â test â result)
- Struktur & Process Building: You can define, simplify, and standardize processes (playbooks, checklists, escalation paths) and measure whether they work
- Communication in the Business Context: You can explain numbers clearly, formulate measures clearly, and align stakeholders (partners + internal) with a common goal
- Tool-Security: You work cleanly with tables / sheets, CRM / ticketing systems, and document decisions in a comprehensible way
