Communications Director

The Communications Director is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication programs to support the strategic messaging and business goals of the enterprise and each business unit. The role involves leading a team, providing strategic counsel to senior leaders, and managing reputation, media relations, and executive platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
• 15+ years of relevant work experience
• Ag business experience preferred
• Strong editorial and project management skills
• Proven development and execution of strategic communication and marketing programs
• Experience working with business leaders to provide strategic planning/counsel
• Demonstrated leader with track record of facilitating a positive team environment
