Maintenance Planner

The Maintenance Planner-Scheduler reports to the Maintenance Manager. The role of the Maintenance Planner is to improve work force productivity and work quality of the Maintenance Team by anticipating and eliminating potential equipment delays through planning and coordination of labor, parts and material, and equipment access.

Requirements

• Planning and Scheduling
• Inventory Management
• Purchasing/Receiving
• Perform frequent on-the-job inspections
• Communicate with vendors or product support technicians
• Work closely with Maintenance Manager and plant manager
• Attend daily Production Meetings
• Data entry of information for site specific and HQ reports and KPI scorecards
• Provide technical assistance to assigned personnel
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Support all Environmental, Health, and Safety programs, policies, and regulations
