Senior Human Resources Project Manager

The Senior Human Resources Project Manager is responsible for leading complex, high-impact initiatives within the Human Resources portfolio, partnering with HR leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive the successful delivery of enterprise-wide HR programs and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
• 7–10 years of progressive project management experience, including leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
• 5+ years of experience within Human Resources (e.g., HR operations, HR Technology, HR Shared Services, or COE’s)
• Demonstrated experience leading HR technology or vendor-implemented solutions
• Strong executive communication skills and the ability to influence senior leaders in complex environments
