Warehouse Operator/Back up Driver

The Warehouse Operator/Back up Driver will perform front-line processes in the Land O'Lakes, Inc. warehousing team, including coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries, operating a forklift, and assisting with cycle counts. This role also requires a CDL-A and driving for customer deliveries when needed.

Requirements

• Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others
• Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly
• Processes work orders by selecting correct products from racks, palletizing them, shrink-wrapping, and staging the product order for delivery
• Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area
• Follows all driving and safety policies
• Complies with FMCSA and DOT regulations of drivers
• Able to lift/carry up to 60 pounds
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
