Title Officer Residential

The Title Officer in Residential provides advanced expertise in the Title Examiner function and is relied upon by internal team members, segment partners, and external customers to be a higher-level decision-maker and to provide technical guidance during the production examination process and during the course of transactions.

Requirements

• Active Colorado Title License or the expectation of obtaining a Colorado Title Producers License in 90 days with the company
• Seven to ten years title examination experience preferred
• A High School diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred
• Advanced knowledge of legal and real estate terminology, underwriting practices and related title insurance processes used in the preparation of title insurance products
• Excellent oral, written, and listening communication skills
• Solid working knowledge of business software suites such as Microsoft or Google
• Solid working knowledge of title production software such as TIMS, TIMS imaging, Tub Card View, MapDraw, PropertySync, Value Check, Property Search, Apollo, and Blueprint
• Advanced knowledge of legal and real estate terminology
