This position is a high-impact role, working closely with the Branch Manager, Production Manager, and production teams to create and maintain meaningful client relationships, manage existing relationships, develop new business opportunities, and identify networking opportunities within the industry.
Requirements
- Client Service and Retention: Drive customer satisfaction and retention, provide excellent service and communication, promote high standards for customer service, safety, and LandCare's culture
- New Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, actively prospect for potential clients, pursue new business relationships, participate in, organize, and lead networking events
- Professional Development: Participate in programs that focus on building operational excellence, engage in networking and growth opportunities, join Book Clubs and other learning initiatives, access mentorship and training programs
