Partner Success Manager

We're looking for a Partner Success Manager to join our team and assist with managing our top AP Partners. As a Partner Success Manager, you’ll work directly for and with a Director of Development on managing their Autopilot Partners and assist with a variety of back end administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Based in our Birmingham office
• 3+ years of professional experience
• Previous customer service/partner experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and problem solve multiple issues at once
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Fearless, self-motivated and hardworking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter comfortable working with a sense of urgency
• Tech-savvy - familiarity with Slack
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
