We’re hiring a Task Force Manager to join Landing, a membership network of fully furnished apartments across the United States. The role involves overseeing the member experience and success in various markets, working with property management teams, and traveling 80% of the time.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hospitality experience
- Bias for Action: take action rather than a ‘wait-and-see’ approach
- Interpersonal Skills: exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- An obsession with customer experience and satisfaction
- Ability to thrive in high-growth environments and an evolving startup atmosphere
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvement
