Verifications Team Lead

Landing is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Verifications Supervisor to oversee the team responsible for the verification process for potential customers, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience at Landing (or 6 months at Landing with prior leadership/relevant experience)
• In-depth knowledge of customer verification procedures, regulatory requirements, and compliance best practices
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across teams and stakeholders
• Leadership skills and the ability to foster a positive, results-oriented team culture
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making under pressure
• High integrity, ethics, and confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information
