Director, PMO

The PMO Director at Landis+Gyr is responsible for establishing, leading, and optimizing the Program Management Office to ensure consistent delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary programs across the organization.

Requirements

• Establish and maintain PMO frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Build and lead a high-performing program and project management team.
• Own the stage-gate process and drive adoption of methodologies.
• Develop integrated master schedules and resource forecasts.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment across major groups.
• Facilitate annual and quarterly portfolio planning.
• Align execution with company strategy and customer commitments.
• Provide executive-level communication.
• Act as escalation point for program-level issues.
