Job Description

The Meter Systems Engineer (MSE) is responsible for supporting technical application of all of the Company products, serving as a field expert and liaison for smart grid metering, and providing technical expertise to customers and prospects on system configurations, usage, operation, and features.
Requirements
- Develop understanding of product strengths and weaknesses as they pertain to market requirements
- Gather Competitive Intelligence
- Develop and deliver technical sales presentations to prospective and/or existing customers
- Maintain up-to-date awareness of industry activities, trends, and regulatory issues
- Provide detailed information and coordinate with internal Company support teams to resolve customer issues
- Develop positive customer relationships through pro-active customer management
