Network Engineer II

Landis+Gyr is seeking a Network Engineer II to install, configure, and maintain the company's network engineering infrastructure. The successful candidate will have 6+ years of experience in network engineering, a bachelor's degree, and relevant certifications. The role is based in Alpharetta, GA, and offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary.

Requirements

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining all network engineering equipment.
• Configure, maintain, and document all network elements supporting customer connectivity.
• Maintain and troubleshoot WAN/LAN and Cloud network connectivity.
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Cisco, WAN/LAN, routing and switching network design and troubleshooting
• Linux/Unix/Windows experience
• Cloud networking configuration and troubleshooting
• Network Load Balancer installation and management
• Network Firewall installation and management
• Experience with IP Address Management (IPAM) for IPv4 and IPv6
• Experience with Change Management process and procedures
• Experience with Technical Documentation - network drawings, and process/procedure
• CCNA certification preferred
• Associate Cloud Engineer or similar certification preferred
