Requirements
- 8+ years of IT experience, preferably in biotech, pharma, or regulated industry
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong hands-on experience with end-user systems, infrastructure, and networking
- Experience supporting cloud, SaaS, and on-premise environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
