Legal Technology Consultant

We’re looking for a Legal Technology and Knowledge Consultant to join our specialist SearchFlow team. This is a pivotal role at the intersection of legal expertise, technology, and customer engagement.

Requirements

• Collaborating with sales to build a deep understanding of customer business models, strategies, and short‐ and long‐term needs.
• Building strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to position SearchFlow as a trusted solutions provider.
• Running structured discovery sessions to identify solution opportunities, process gaps, and workflow improvements.
• Creating polished solution materials, diagrams, and documentation for stakeholder sign‐off.
• Presenting solutions to customers and internal teams.
• Supporting junior staff in understanding legal and business processes related to new solutions.
• Providing escalated business support for complex legal, conveyancing, or product‐related queries.
• Maintaining expert knowledge of residential and commercial conveyancing, legal software, and the wider legal/property industry.
• Delivering training and knowledge‐sharing sessions across teams.
• Assisting with technical elements of complex new business opportunities and propositions.
