Job Description
The Associate Community Manager is responsible for marketing the community and ensuring leasing targets are achieved, while maintaining a level of professionalism and courtesy. They will work closely with the Community Manager to achieve property objectives and public recognition.
Requirements
- Prepare marketing plans and develop new strategies and programs
- Prepare and monitor daily and weekly leasing reports
- Ensure leasing staff complies with corporate procedures and government laws
- Project a favorable image of the community
- Generate and track traffic of prospective residents
- Conduct and oversee tasks necessary to close the sale
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
- Report time and attendance
- Understand the lease document and all related addendums
- Participate in all move-in and move-out related activities
- Maximizes revenue and occupancy
- Operates marketing activities within the confines of the marketing budget
