Job Description
The Capital Projects Manager will oversee capital projects across a national portfolio of operational properties, managing design and construction, and coordinating with internal teams. The role requires construction-led expertise and an ownership/investment mindset to maximize asset value.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or University
- Five years of experience in construction/project management, architecture, engineering, owner’s representative or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient with internet-based computer programs and ability to create and manage budgets
