Job Description
The Director of Asset Management will oversee asset management for a growing portfolio of new development/construction deals, manage new lease ups and existing assets, and optimize portfolio performance. This leadership role requires strategic thinking, analytical skills, and leadership ability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate investment, finance, or related field
- Excellent attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills, and strong analytical skills
