Job Description
Maintenance Technician to assist with maintenance program, preserve asset value, and provide customer service. Assist with maintenance operations, repairs, and inventory management. Develop a sense of community among residents and staff.
Requirements
- 2 years' experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
- Excellent communication and people skills
- HVAC certification preferred
- Computer literacy preferred
