Job Description
The Senior Associate will assist the Investment Management Team with asset management functions including budget preparation, leasing strategy implementation, and other assignments. They will also assist with financings, recapitalizations, and dispositions across their assigned portfolio.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of Commercial Real Estate experience
- Bachelor's degree preferably with a focus in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or other relevant subject matter; Master's degree preferred
- Significant experience and track record of advancement in commercial real estate finance and/or investment analysis
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills; advanced/expert in MS Excel
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
