The Director of Safety & Security/Assistant Director of Facilities & Campus Operations is a key operational leader responsible for overseeing campus safety and security, transportation, and event logistics while supporting the broader facilities and operations portfolio of the School.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in law enforcement, military, or a related field, with specific experience in security leadership.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to supervise diverse operational teams.
- Extensive knowledge of security systems, emergency protocols, and risk management.
- Eligibility for SRO or SPO commission in Maryland preferred.
- Active Shooter/ALICE or similar certification.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to manage multiple operational functions in a fast-paced school environment.
