General Maintenance Technician

Landon School seeks a dependable and hardworking General Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and appearance of campus facilities and grounds.

Requirements

• Prior experience in general maintenance, facilities, or a related field preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair work
• Ability to safely operate maintenance equipment and machinery
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials on a regular basis
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and occasional weekends as needed
• Hold a CDL license with school bus endorsement preferred
