Accounts Payable Specialist, Part-Time

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will review, code, and enter vendor invoices, reconcile vendor statements, and maintain accurate vendor records. You will also assist with related tasks and other duties assigned by your manager.

Requirements

• Experience with using business system applications preferred
• Knowledge of agriculture equipment industry preferred
• Understands accounting fundamentals
• Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Excel and internet functions
• Ability to use the dealers business system and other programs specific to the position
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Associate's Degree in an Accounting/Finance discipline required or prior 3+ years AP equivalent experience required
