Manufacturing Leader - 3rd Shift

Lead a team across key production areas Sunday-Wednesday, 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM. Develop leaders, strengthen processes, and create a shift that runs safely, efficiently, and with pride.

Requirements

• 2- or 4-year degree in business, engineering, or a technical field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a production/manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with light assembly, welding, and powder coat processes
• Training in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar CI frameworks (Green Belt or Black Belt is a plus)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a gift for coaching others
• Experience leading diverse teams through change and ambiguity
