The Operations Senior role at Landus is responsible for managing and optimizing operational processes, ensuring alignment between daily operations and long-term strategic goals.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in grain elevator and agronomy operations
- Advanced knowledge of inventory management, grain quality, blending, and logistics
- Proven ability to lead, train, and mentor location personnel
- Strong understanding of safety, compliance, and operational best practices
- Ability to identify and support maintenance and capital improvement needs
- Experience supporting train staging, blending, and loading operations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to support multi-location operations
- Customer-focused mindset with ability to support sales, origination, and growth efforts
- Willingness to travel and provide operational leadership across locations
