Principal - Real World Evidence

We are looking for a Principal in Real World Evidence to join our leadership team. As a senior role, you will be part of the leadership team, helping to develop new service offerings, and providing support to the growing team. Your key areas of responsibilities will be delivering excellent client service in RWE, driving the business forward with prospect development, and contributing to the development of LCP Health’s sector presence through thought leadership.

Requirements

• Significant, demonstrable (likely to be more than 10 years) experience in the life sciences or consulting/CRO industries
• A track record of leading multiple RWE studies
• A relevant Masters, PhD or MD in a relevant subject
• Expertise in real world evidence with a desire to apply quantitative skills and rigorous science to solving real-world problems in health
• Extensive experience in working with global real world health data sources for health research
• An excellent track record in successful business development
• Excellent communication skills
• Initiative and creativity
• Excellent organisational skills
