Job Description
Lane Valente Industries is a leading international construction and facility maintenance company seeking a General Maintenance Technician to work on full-time commercial construction projects across the United States.
Requirements
- Proficient in carpentry, painting, flooring, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC skills
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC skills
- Ability to follow OSHA requirements
- Presentable and able to communicate with customers to build relationships
- Detailed in documenting repairs
- Ability to work overtime and/or on-call as workload and emergency issues dictate
- Willing and able to travel and work overnight shifts throughout the United States
