Requirements

• Servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Diagnosing and repairing units using hand-tools and blueprints or engineering specifications
• Performing preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as need or requested by customers
• Representing the company as a direct customer contact
• Determining parts to order for repairs and timeliness of need
