HVAC Service Technician

Lane Valente Industries is a Leading International construction and facility maintenance company with offices throughout the U.S. and Canada. We are looking for talented HVAC Service Technicians to join our team, with an emphasis on integrity and learning.

Requirements

• Responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Diagnose and repair units using a variety of hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications
• Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as need or requested by customers
• Maintain equipment by inspecting for signs of wear and notifying customer and/or Operations Manager of findings
• Document work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files
• Determine parts to order for repairs and timeliness of need
• Record parts, material, labor, subs and other cost data per assignment and returns unused resources
• Provide technical support to customers
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as necessary
