Lining Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Civils Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. The role involves supervising operatives and subcontractors, coordinating resources and maintaining strong compliance, workmanship and operational performance on site.

Requirements

• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Strong Management experience essential
• Customer and client interaction, at all levels
• Competent in IT
• All aspects of patching, lining and robotic cutting
• Team player
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to work to deadlines and be reactive to the business needs.
