PWT/ Site Person In Charge

We are seeking experienced and competent Protection Operatives / Site Persons in Charge (SPC) to support the safe delivery of vegetation and fencing works across multiple rail sites throughout London.

Requirements

• Implement and manage protection arrangements during traffic hours, engineering hours, and depot works
• Act as Site Person in Charge (SPC) where appointed
• Ensure safe systems of work are briefed, understood, and adhered to by all operatives on site
• Undertake vegetation and chainsaw operations in line with NPTC certification
• Conduct site briefings and maintain accurate protection documentation
• Monitor compliance with rail standards, risk assessments, and method statements
• Liaise with control, engineering supervisors, and client representatives as required
• Stop work where unsafe conditions are identified
• Support the safe and efficient delivery of vegetation and fencing operations
