Requirements

• Effectively manage and prioritize high risk and complex work
• Plan and resolve customer journeys, including flooding and pollution
• Manage in-day planning and coordination of work across crews
• Proactively manage customer journeys and demonstrate customer advocacy
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders, including field teams and operations contact centre
• Utilize technology to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Mentor and upskill junior colleagues
• Undertake other reasonable duties as required
