Geotechnical Engineering Intern / Co-op - Summer 2026

Langan is seeking a Geotechnical Engineering Intern / Co-op to join its collaborative team in Tampa, FL. The role involves assisting with technical aspects of various geotechnical projects, from site investigations to construction documentation. This internship offers hands-on experience in engineering and provides exposure to site conditions.

Requirements

• A student actively pursuing a 4-year or advanced degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
• A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities.
• Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Experience with field and laboratory testing.
