Land Survey Technician

Langan is seeking a Land Survey Technician to join its collaborative team in Arlington, VA. This individual will serve a key function in providing support with land development projects, collecting field data and information related to the preparation of survey maps and CAD files.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Entry to 2 years of related experience
• Experience with survey instrumentation and data collectors
• Willingness to work away from office at various project sites a majority of the time
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
• Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment
• Possess reliable transportation for job site visits and a valid driver’s license in good standing
