Langan is seeking a Project Environmental Scientist, Geologist, Engineer or Hydrogeologist to manage environmental investigation and remediation projects, deliver technically excellent services, and supervise staff. The individual will have the opportunity to develop project management and staff management skills, interact with clients, and work on exciting small and large-scale projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or Environmental Engineering; (Master’s degree a plus);
- LEED AP or PE certification;
- 6+ years of related work experience;
- Proficient in environmental due diligence;
- Knowledge of quantitative/technical analyses and related software;
- Hazwoper training;
- Comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements;
- Excellent public speaking, written, and verbal communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities;
- Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment;
- Ability to multi-task effectively, manage multiple projects and clients, develop and manage project budgets, and effectively manage and coach staff;
- Ability to work evenings and/or weekends as projects require;
- Possess reliable transportation for client meetings and job site visits and a valid driver’s license in good standing
