Senior Project Land Surveyor

Langan is seeking a Senior Project Survey Manager to join its collaborative team in West Palm Beach, Florida. The role involves providing management and leadership of all aspects of a localized survey department, applying intensive and diversified knowledge of surveying principles and practices, and managing staff, developing new clients, and business opportunities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of surveying experience in both the field and office
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Carlson software
• State Survey license or ability to obtain State license
• Experience with proposal preparation and job estimates
• Ability to perform complex boundary analysis and maintain quality control of survey deliverables
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage staff, maintain quality control, interact with senior managers of the firm, clients and regulatory authorities
