Langan is seeking a Senior Site/Civil Practice Leader to lead and support business development, engineering design, and related permitting efforts for land development projects. The individual will work with top industry leadership in a collaborative and continuous learning environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Valid Professional Engineer license in California
• 16+ years of successful site/civil engineering experience
• Proven success in client development, client management, and project delivery
• Active participation in professional organizations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
