Instructor, SELP Program

Instructors for the Summer English Language Program at Langara College are required to deliver a course as described in the SELP curriculum, plan lessons and assignments, and attend a preparation meeting. The instructors will be responsible for accompanying students on off-campus site visits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with a BC TEAL/TESL-Canada recognized TESL certificate equivalent to a specialization in TESL from a degree program
• Minimum two-year teaching experience in ESL at the adult level
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
