Requirements
- 4-6+ years in customer marketing, product marketing, or customer-led content marketing with a track record of owning the customer story motion end-to-end
- Built reference, advocacy, or customer-champion programs from scratch or rebuilt one that wasn't working
- Strong writer able to take a one-hour interview with a senior engineer and turn it into a story that a technical buyer wants to read and an executive wants to forward
- Comfortable with technical customers and able to follow conversations about agent architectures, evals, or deployment patterns and translate what is heard for both technical and executive audiences
- Ships results, has a bias toward volume and momentum without losing the bar on quality, and is a good partner across functions
- Has a genuine curiosity about what customers are building with agents and uses AI tools in their own workflow and is always looking for new ways to increase effectiveness
