They are seeking a Fullstack Software Engineering Manager to lead the technical architecture and implementation of key product features for LangSmith, focusing on observability, evaluation, and deployment. The role requires strong leadership, collaboration skills, and a commitment to delivering impactful solutions.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in software engineering
- Prior experience building and managing a team of engineers
- Strong backend experience with Go and/or Python
- Strong frontend experience with React + Typescript
- Good understanding of database systems, particularly Postgres and Redis
- Experience designing and scaling APIs
