Job Description
LangChain is seeking a Senior QA / SDET Engineer to drive quality across their production products. The role involves defining test strategy, building automation, and ensuring high-quality, observable tests, particularly for LLM applications. Collaboration with Infra, Backend, and Frontend is crucial. The position also focuses on identifying and solving issues within CI/CD, Observability, and performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years as QA/SDET/Software Engineer focused on test automation for distributed or cloud products.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python (pytest) and TypeScript (Playwright, Jest or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of API testing, mocking/stubbing, and data setup/teardown.
- Comfortable defining quality bars, authoring test plans, and driving cross-team execution.
