Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team at Langfuse, a leading open source LLM engineering platform. As a senior technical partner, you'll own strategic customer relationships, provide production readiness and architectural guidance, lead escalations, and turn customer signal into product and docs.
Requirements
- Senior experience in a customer-facing technical role
- Strong technical foundation: debug integrations, reason about distributed systems, APIs/SDKs, and cloud infrastructure
- Demonstrated work in applied AI / AI engineering
- Excellent communication: lead technical meetings, drive decisions, and write docs engineers actually follow
- High ownership: ship artifacts, close loops, and create repeatable systems
