As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll own outcomes, taking responsibility for creating value, ensuring quality, and operating what you build in a cloud-native environment.

Requirements

• A product mindset: you care about solving problems, not just completing tickets.
• Strong full stack experience: backend, frontend, databases, and DevOps.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and modern engineering practices.
• Hands-on DevOps experience: CI/CD pipelines, IaC, containerization, and cloud.
• Proven ability to mentor, collaborate across disciplines, and elevate team practices.
• Comfortable in agile environments, actively shaping team ceremonies, planning, and retrospectives.
