Collections Analyst

Lansing Building Products is seeking a Collections Analyst to support the Sales team and protect the Lansing brand through the collection of past due amounts and resolution of credit-related issues.

Requirements

• Collect past due amounts, negotiate payment plans, and partner with the sales team
• Handle incoming phone calls and emails to accept payments and resolve credit-related issues
• Review lien waivers for accuracy and reconcile accounting records
• Partner with Sales and Senior Credit Analyst to assess and mitigate risk
• Issue demand letters and collect outstanding balances
