Job Description
The Lansing School District is hiring an Instructional Assistant to support Kindergarten and 3rd Grade students in literacy, math, and library services. The role requires a passion for working with students, effective task prioritization, and a commitment to safety and engagement.
Requirements
- Must have one of the following: Associate's Degree, 60 completed college credits, or Proof of passing the ETS Paraprofessional Exam
- Previous experience working with students in small group and RTI settings
- Understanding of how to read and understand a student's IEP
- Desire to become a certified teacher long term
